Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of the RiftStash mobile app, its website and the RiftStash+ subscription. RiftStash is published by Elyazid DAOUDI EI (see the legal notice, in French). Using the app means accepting these terms.

RiftStash is a tool for Riftbound players: card catalog, collection tracking, deck building, card scanning, price alerts, and connecting players who want to trade. The app does not sell any card.

On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Where they conflict, these terms prevail to the extent that agreement allows.

2. Account

Part of the app works without an account. Your collection, decks, alerts and trades require one. You are responsible for your login and password, and for the information you provide, which must be accurate.

You can delete your account at any time from the app: Account → Delete my account. What is erased and what is kept is described in the privacy policy.

3. The RiftStash+ subscription

RiftStash+ is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly, for six months, or yearly. It lifts the limits of the free tier and unlocks additional features, described in the app. The free tier remains usable without a subscription.

• Sale. In the app, the subscription is sold as an in-app purchase through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), at the price shown by the store in your currency at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription is not sold on the website.
• Trial. When a free trial is offered, nothing is charged during it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation. A subscription bought through a store is managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we have no control over it. Your access stays open until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds. Refund requests for an in-app purchase fall under the policy of the store, which collected the payment. Any statutory right of withdrawal applies under the conditions set by law.
• When a subscription ends. Nothing you entered is erased: the free tier takes over.

4. Trades between players

RiftStash connects players who want to trade cards in person. No money goes through the app, and RiftStash is not a party to any trade: it is agreed between the players, under their sole responsibility — card condition, authenticity, meeting.

• Trading is reserved for people aged 16 and over.
• Meetings take place in a store or a public place. The app never asks for your address or your precise location.
• You can block a player and report behavior or content from the app. We review reports and may remove content, or restrict or close an account that breaches these terms.
• Forbidden: selling or any cash consideration, counterfeits, harassment, and any unlawful use.

5. Content you publish

You keep ownership of what you publish (display name, bio, decks, collection showcases, messages). You allow us to host and display it as part of the service, including when you choose to share it publicly. You agree not to publish anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing on others' rights; we may remove such content.

6. Intellectual property

Riftbound, card names and card art are trademarks and content of Riot Games, Inc. RiftStash is an independent service, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games. The app, its code, brand and texts belong to the publisher.

7. Reference prices

Prices shown are dated reference prices observed on the market, converted into your currency for information only. They are neither an offer to buy, nor an offer to sell, nor investment advice: a card's value can fall, and a collection is not an investment.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it: the catalog and prices come from third-party sources, a scanned card is a suggestion you confirm, and deck validation does not replace the official rules. To the extent permitted by law, our liability does not cover indirect damages, nor anything resulting from a trade between players. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after a warning except in case of serious breach. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through a store: cancel it first in your store settings.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The version date is shown at the top of the page; a significant change will be announced before it applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, write to us first: most disagreements are settled that way. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
